As a company you are as good as your word to be cooperative, claim free and proactive in the design and constructional process. This refurbishment project has been wonderfully fluid in response to the inevitable changes needed as we have met different circumstances on site. It is not easy but the budget has been adhered to with a flexible approach.

Client Feedback

“The job was organised around the needs of the school and did not interfere with its running. The contractor identified cost savings and this did not impact on the quality of the finished product. Good communications with the client and good project management. Variations that came to light as the job proceeded were dealt with via consultation and were to the clients benefit. Follow up snagging was fast and effective.”
