This project comprises the demolition of the swimming pool extension and porch of the main house plus a small section of the stable block. Internally will comprise a full strip out to include plaster surfaces, plumbing / heating & electrical systems, ground floor construction, woodwork elements and fixtures / fittings. The tiled roofs, fascias and rainwater goods will be completely replaced to both the main house and stable block.
